Our menu of sweet and savoury stacks of buttermilk, buckwheat pancakes:

Some beautiful and classic

• Blueberry, bacon, maple syrup
• Lemon, sugar
• Smoked salmon royale with asparagus

Some nutritious and devine

• Avacado, roast baby tomatoes, preserved lemon, herbs
• 1000-greens of baby leaves, green chilli, lime, coriander
